These terms apply to purchases and use of the NAAMVIORA website. Product descriptions, prices and availability may be updated without notice. An automated order acknowledgement is not final acceptance; an order is confirmed after payment verification and, for personalized work, approval of the required details. Customers placing an order must be at least 18 years old or act with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and personalization information. Photographs and generated catalogue visuals may be representative. Handmade pieces will vary, and colours may display differently across screens. Products are handmade in India unless an individual listing states otherwise. We may decline an order that cannot be produced safely, lawfully or to an acceptable standard and will refund any verified payment received for that declined order.
All website branding, original photographs, copy and designs remain the property of their respective owners. Customers grant NAAMVIORA permission to use submitted names, photographs and flower material only to produce and fulfil the requested order. We will not use customer photographs for marketing without separate permission.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the appropriate courts and consumer forums having jurisdiction in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
