Shipping Policy
Draft prepared for business review. Last updated 02 November 2026.
We currently deliver across India with complimentary standard shipping on every order. Most pieces require 3–4 working days to prepare after payment and design approval. Standard delivery generally takes a further 5–7 working days after dispatch. Personalized keepsakes and customer-flower preservation may require additional time, which will be confirmed before production.
Tracking details will be shared when available. Courier delays caused by weather, service disruption, restricted locations or incorrect customer information are outside our direct control, but we will assist with reasonable follow-up. Customers must provide a complete address and reachable phone number.
