Returns & Replacement Policy

Because our products are handmade and many are personalized, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for customized items. We will provide a replacement, repair or appropriate resolution if we send the wrong product, make an approved name or size incorrectly, or the item arrives materially damaged.
Report a problem within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label, and an unedited opening video where reasonably available. Keep all packaging until the case is resolved. Normal handmade variation, tiny non-structural bubbles, natural petal colour variation and differences from representative images are not defects.
Do not return an item without written instructions from NAAMVIORA. Eligibility and the return address will be confirmed for each approved case.
