Customer-Supplied Flower Policy

Wedding, memorial and other sentimental flowers may be accepted only after NAAMVIORA confirms the project in writing. Customers should not courier irreplaceable material before receiving packing and address instructions. Send only the quantity requested and retain a portion whenever possible.
Flowers naturally change colour, shape and texture during drying and resin casting. Some bruising, browning, translucency, shrinkage or fading may occur and cannot be fully predicted. Encapsulation is irreversible. NAAMVIORA will use reasonable care but cannot guarantee the survival, original colour or perfect appearance of every petal.
The customer is responsible for safe packing and delivery to NAAMVIORA. Courier loss or damage before receipt is outside our custody. Once received, we will record the package condition. Unused material will be returned only if agreed in advance; return courier charges may apply. By approving production, the customer accepts the natural and irreversible characteristics of preservation work.
