Customers are responsible for submitting the correct spelling, size, colour, date, photograph and design preferences. NAAMVIORA will request approval where a digital layout or written specification is provided. Approval authorizes production using those details.
Handmade resin work naturally varies in petal placement, colour, clarity and small inclusions. Display photographs may be representative. Personalized items cannot normally be resold and are therefore not returnable unless NAAMVIORA made an error or the item is damaged.
Resin may gradually change tone with age and exposure. Keep products away from prolonged direct sunlight, high heat, perfume, sanitizer, harsh chemicals and abrasive surfaces. Metal components described as gold-toned or silver-toned are fashion-jewellery findings rather than precious metal unless the individual product description expressly says otherwise. Customers with sensitivities should ask about available findings before ordering.
