NAAMVIORA currently accepts prepaid UPI payments. Cash on Delivery is not available. An order is confirmed only after the payment proof is submitted and payment is verified. Never share a UPI PIN, OTP or banking password with us. NAAMVIORA will never request a UPI PIN to receive a refund.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment source or another verified account agreed with the customer. Processing is normally initiated within 5–7 working days after approval; the bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Delivery charges are currently complimentary and therefore have no separate refundable value.
A payment screenshot is evidence for review but does not itself prove settlement. Order verification depends on the corresponding credit appearing in the recipient account.
