NAAMVIORA, operated by Niharika Choudhary, collects information needed to answer enquiries, personalize products, process and deliver orders, verify payments, provide support and meet legal obligations. This may include name, phone number, email, delivery address, order notes, photographs, flower details and payment screenshots. We do not ask for or store UPI PINs, OTPs or banking passwords.
Information may be shared with service providers such as hosting, email and courier partners only to operate the store and fulfil orders. We do not sell personal information. Reasonable security controls are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Order and payment records are retained only as long as reasonably required for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal compliance. Customers may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of an optional consent where applicable by contacting naamviora@zohomail.in. A withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed, and certain records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs.
The website uses essential cookies for the shopping cart, checkout security and administrator sessions. Optional analytics will not be enabled without updating this policy and using any required notice or consent mechanism. Customers should not submit another person's photograph or personal information without that person's permission.
