Cancellation Policy

Standard, non-personalized orders may be cancelled before production begins. Personalized or flower-preservation orders may be cancelled only before design approval and material preparation. Once production has started, cancellation is not normally possible because the item is being created specifically for the customer.
To request cancellation, contact NAAMVIORA promptly through the order WhatsApp number and include the order number. Approved refunds are handled under the Payment and Refund Policy.
